We are a people who honor, cherish, and celebrate God's creation, and seek to be good stewards of the earth. We are a community that is committed to deepening our spiritual lives and a people who believe that God calls us to a place of deeper compassion, creativity, and love. Our life together is centered around the Holy Eucharist, with communion services held every Sunday. As a response to our faith in Jesus Christ, we strive to make our parish a place of hope, growth, and empowerment so that we may serve Christ in the world.

Episcopal Charities: Support the fine work that the Charities provides throughout the state, supporting non-profit agencies that benefit those in need--feeding the hungry, giving comfort to the aged and ill, and providing opportunities for young people. Please pick up your pledge card in the Parish Hall; if you have any specific questions about Episcopal Charities, please see Debbie Fernandes.

Reaching out to the Community: St Francis is partnering with Foster Forward to collect mittens, hats, gloves, underwear and socks for sizes 2T-Adult.
Announcements
May Breakfast: Sunday, May 5 following the 10:00 am service. We will serve scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, home fries, and pancakes. Bring any side you like, such as fruit, pastries, bagels, etc. Sign up sheet can be found in the parish hall.
Rite of Reception: Reception refers to the rite by which a baptized Christian, confirmed by a bishop, is welcomed into the fellowship of the Episcopal Church. If you think you’re interested in pursuing Reception, please see Fr. Sean.
Education for Ministry (EFM): If you’d like to learn more about the Bible, Church history and the study of religious faith, practice, and experience with a focus on God and God’s relation to the world, then EFM might be for you. If you think you’re interested, please see George Nathanson during coffee hour.
